【Initial appointments】

• The reception of initial appointments for April is now closed. We will start accepting initial appointments for May from 2:30 PM on April 17th.

• オンライン資格確認は設置しておりますが、初診時にはマイナンバーカードと保険証をお持ちください。

感染症予防のため、以下のことにご協力ください。

• 風邪症状がある方は来院を避けて、クリニックにお電話ください。
• 必要でない限り、友人やご家族と一緒に来院しないでください。

• 土曜日の診療日は4月13日と27日です。

【2024年5月】

• 土曜日の診療日は5月11日と25日です。
• 5月3日はお休みです。
